About the Event
This session focuses on helping employers introduce a meaningful workforce recruitment policy, encouraging them to actively consider the different entry routes they use, what they want to use these routes to do and the recruitment approaches and commitments they will make as a company, with diversity and inclusion at the heart.
This training builds on where their Best Practice Guide to Recruitment session ends, so you may find it beneficial to attend that one beforehand.
This session is part of Creative & Cultural Skills series of Fair Access Sector Support training which has been tailored specifically for Scotland’s cultural sector, funded by Creative Scotland. It’s designed for anyone that makes decisions regarding recruitment and is accompanied by a Best Practice Recruitment Guide for Creative Leaders.
Duration: 90 minutes (including breaks)
Tickets: This is a free event for employers working in the cultural sector in Scotland. Tickets must be booked through Eventbrite. If you are unable to attend the event, please de-register on Eventbrite or let Creative & Cultural Skills know via email so we can open your space up to another organisation as spaces are limited.
