About the Event

Since 2019, researchers at The National Archives have collaborated with psychotherapists to explore histories relating to racism, colonialism and empire: emotionally labour-intensive work that needs to address both the facts that are uncovered and also the feelings they provoke. Join this session to hear about their partnership and the outcomes of their work so far, and experience first-hand how their approach works in practice with some interactive and reflective activities.
